Rebekah followed along with him. She didn't know where they were at, but she vaguely remembered the corridor. She had come through once for the muggle studies sign ups, which she really had to take. She looked around, not sure of what to do. While she stood there she saw him walk through a door that had just appeared, then she looked around. Rebekah looked forwards again, but she didn't see the door nor Andrew anymore. She looked around frantically, wondering if this was just a joke. While she thought she paced around the corridor a couple of times, then stopped when she saw the door once more. Rebekah looked shocked to see that the same door had just.. reappeared.
Looking around quickly she walked inside. The room was dark, which sort of scared her. Even though she was twelve she still had a fear of the dark, probably a fear that would probably never leave her. She exhaled heavily and looked around the dark room, "Andrew?" she called out. Rebekah hadn't looked around, but for a second after that and saw a light. She squinted her eyes and looked for the source of the light, it was Andrew holding a want. She blinked and walked towards him a little, "What in the world?" she asked, motioning to the light, "How did you do that?" she asked once more, she was obviously amazed.

Rebekah slightly nodded, "Yeah, I guess I found out how to use it. Though, it wasn't purposely, just happened." she said. She looked at the book that he had passed over to her. Once she received it she skimmed through it, looking at all the spells it offered, "Wow, so many spells. I'm sure Hogwarts will be interesting to stay at." she said, blinking in disbelief. Rebekah looked up at him, then took her wand from robe. She closed her eyes and exhaled, "Lumos." she quietly said. Rebekah opened her eyes, but her wand hadn't lit up. That should have been expect because she was new to magic and it was her first try, not everybody got it on their first try.
She looked to Andrew, then to the book and her wand, "Lumos." she repeated. It didn't work again. Rebekah frowned and sighed softly, "Well, magic hates me, that's all I can say." she said. She shook her wand around a bit, making sure it wasn't just a glitch or something, "Lumos, lumos, lumos, lumos." she repeated, over and over again. Finally after saying the incantation that many times her wand had lit up. Rebekah grinned and looked back over to Andrew, "It worked, finally!" she shouted out, happily.

Rebekah skimmed through the pages, "Nope. It says that it stays lit, until you say um.. Nox." she replied. Her wand's light faded when she said that word. She blinked and nodded, "Yep, it goes out when you say that." she said. She looked to him, "Maybe you aren't doing it correctly or something?" she suggested, "Lumos." she said. Her wand lit back up.

Rebekah nodded, "Yes, there are some interesting ones in here." she replied, "A lot of them seem difficult though, a bit difficult for me to work, but probably not yourself." she said, "I'm really new to using magic. I'm a muggleborn and didn't know anything about being a witch until I got my acceptance letter." she added. She skimmed through the pages once more, then held the book over to him, "Here, you look for a spell that you think you can do." she said. Rebekah just knew lumos and nox right now, that's all.

Rebekah blinked, "Oh, so that makes you a Half-Blood, correct?" she asked. She'd read up about the different bloods out of curiosity, so she didn't mean anything by it, if it offended him. She put her wand away and shrugged, "Doesn't matter to me, it's up to you." she said.

Rebekah nodded, then shrugged, "Do you want to go there? I just recently stopped by to send a letter to my folks." she said, smiling, "I thought I would tell them how Hogwarts has been so far. I just hope people don't find it odd for them to be getting owls at their house that give them letters." she added, giggling lightly.

Casey had been walking down the hall on the sixth floor, going nowhere in particular when she saw two students come out of a door that appeared out of nowhere and disappeared right behind them. She stared at the wall a moment, then shrugged and kept walking. Strange things were always happening at Hogwarts and sometimes it was best not to put your nose into them.
