Out in the ground when most studnet where in the castle keeping warm Roanna was out walking by the lake. She like been out by the lake as it reminded her of her family as she had pictures of her mother and father always by the lake.
It was alway the time you need family but what family would come to her now after all this time, they didn't want to know her when she was born and why should they care now. Though Roanna didn't care she like it best on her own and thats they way it always has been.

Rebekah had a book that she'd checked out from the library held close to her chest as she walked out on the grounds. Being new she'd been lost trying to figure out her way around quite a couple of times now. She found herself near a lake, but the water didn't look terribly good. She wrinkled her nose at the color of the water, "Eck, that's disgusting." she mumbled to herself. She looked ahead of herself, still clutching onto the book, but she knocked into another student. Rebekah blinked and looked up at her. She seemed much taller than herself, possibly in a year higher than herself? She gently bit her bottom lip, "Sorry for knocking into you." she said, quietly. She wasn't prone to bumping into people, so this was new to her right now.
She backed up a little ways from her, just in case she would go psycho. Rebekah seemed to be calm about the situation, even though she was the one who had bumped into her, but that also gave a reason to the older girl to be mad at her. She continued to tightly hold onto the book as she now looked at the ground, waiting to be yelled at or something.

Brushing off durt from the frount of her robs then stared down at the Ravenclaw girl.

Rebekah sighed quietly with relief. The girl hadn't seemed to be terribly angry with being knocked to the ground by Rebekah's clumsiness. She looked at the ground quickly, then back up to her, "I have no rush, just terrible with watching where I'm going." she replied, quietly. She nodded, "Yes, yes. I know I should be watching, been told that many times by my folks and the unlucky people I knock in to." she said, "I'm really sorry though. I didn't mean to do it." she added.

Rebekah nodded slowly. While the girl walked around her she turned around and watched her; to make sure she wouldn't knock her down for revenge. She took one of her hands from holding the book to tuck her loose hair behind her right ear. She bit her bottom lip gently as she finally turned back around and sat down near a tree. Rebekah put the book down flat on her outstretched legs and opened the book up. She looked around for a minute, then started to read.

Casey had been up in her room, writing a letter to her parents while she was sitting on her bed with her familiar Salem, when she glanced out her window towards the lake. She saw a girl with a book run straight into another girl who seemed to be lost in her thoughts. They both fell down. She could tell by their gestures that the girl with the book was trying to apologize. She smiled a little, then petted Salem and returned to her letter.
